Raz-Kids.com

 

Imagine having a portable library that you can access from home or from a handheld device.  

 

Raz-Kids.com allows our teachers to assign e-books at the right reading level to their students, and keep track of their progress.  In order to move up to the next level, students have to listen, read, then take a comprehension quiz for each book in their assignment.  They can also record themselves for fluency. There is a built-in RazRocket incentive program, where the students earn stars for every task they accomplish.  Once they reach a certain number of stars, they can furnish their Raz Rocket with fun items.

 

The Raz-Kids roll-out has been successful. 100% of our K-5 classrooms are now using Raz-Kids for reading practice.
