Google Classroom now available at OWNCS!

 

This new offering from Google provides a way to manage classes more efficiently.  Google Classroom integrates Google Drive and Gmail to enable teachers to create announcements and assignments paperlessly.  It serves as a seamless way of collecting assignments with a chance for instant feedback and grading.  All work can be turned in digitally -- using various devices -- and a filing system is automatically provided in Google Drive.  

 

The familiar social network interface encourages communication and collaboration in a protected environment.

 

Our MS teachers are diving right in: those who are part of the Technology Prep program on Monday afternoons have already signed up as participants in the Technology Integration Sessions pilot Classroom.
